May Kwento Ako #25 : Colors for Urban Living in the Tropics

The world has indeed virtually gotten smaller. Travel has become easier for many. The fruits of these travel experiences easily influence our choices and decisions for our homes and how we live.

One discovers what one likes for a short period of time and one discovers what one likes for a long period of time. I guess it is like dating. And when one does not like what is out there, one chooses the neutrals. Sometimes, the cool pastel color works. Not the bold. Not the one that overwhelms you. Not the one with striking features. Just the one that is nice and easy. Like maybe your favorite Argentinian Malbec. 🍷

Remember when we first move into our homes.  Clearly, we saw and that incredible space in our homes.  Clear of clutter.  Then, we started to bring home almost daily many things which I would rather not list here.  Learn to tell yourself “enough”,  I remind myself of this very often.  With the Holy Week coming, part of this time I devote to clearing up operations.  One can sort then, donate, dispose, discard.

More blessings and good luck can come in when we have more free space.

Looking forward to 65 Meanwhile, here is “May Kwento Ako” series ... ( in Filipino means ‘I have a story’ ). This Blog was created as a journal of my discoveries. Hopefully, in my old age, i will be able to go back to these and be glad that i did what i did.
